Job summary

Brinker Group in Detroit, MI seeks a Project Manager to oversee a project from award to close-out. You will direct on-site activities, manage trade contractors, and ensure conformance to plans, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing project scope, budgets, and schedules; coordinating with owners, architects, and utilities; and leading monthly cost-control and reporting processes to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or 10 years equivalent experience.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OCIP/CCIP procedures.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate MSR reports monthly with costs, schedule, safety, cash flow.
• Coordinate project controls with the Owner and design team.
• Lead cost control meetings and present reports.
• Negotiate change orders with subs and suppliers.
• Provide leadership to project team and maintain safety compliance.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and schedules.
