Granger Construction is seeking a hands-on on-site leader to drive day-to-day operations on a Metro-Detroit project. You will oversee subcontractors, manage cost and scope, maintain the schedule, and ensure a zero-defect mindset while coordinating MEP aspects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with experience managing teams and directing subcontractors
• Clear, proactive communication across project teams, subcontractors and owners
• Highly organized, proactive, solutions-driven with a willingness to learn construction tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the jobsite to ensure safety, efficiency, and highest standards
• Manage project cost and scope, track changes, and communicate adjustments to the PM
• Keep the schedule on track by coordinating daily activities and notifying subs in advance
• Ensure high-quality work by monitoring progress and addressing deficiencies
• Oversee mechanical and electrical (MEP) systems with subcontractors
• Execute a smooth close-out with strong turnover and commissioning plans
