Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Military experience or a related degree strongly preferred.
• Previous experience on commercial job sites preferred.
• Passion for the construction industry and on-site work.
• Ability to learn project software: Office 365, Procore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn day-to-day operations on assigned project.
• Participate in training phases and performance reviews.
• Assist with scheduling, site coordination, and field paperwork.
