Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or related support role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and project files
• Track schedules, deadlines, procurement activities, and project milestones with PMs
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates for teams and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records within project management systems and ensure procedures compliance
• Facilitate communication with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues
