AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator for a Canoga Park, CA building products client. The role blends project coordination, technical documentation, site visits, and customer communication to support the Technical Director.

Requirements include 8+ years in construction or building products, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and ability to travel to customer and project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Construction or Building Products.
• Experience with building materials or related technical products.
• Onsite work in Canoga Park, CA with required travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the Technical Director.
• Coordinate project activities, site visits, and follow-up items with stakeholders.
• Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the Technical Director.
• Draft correspondence with customers, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Track project action items and assist with technical documentation and records.
• Coordinate product samples, submittals, specifications, and data requests.
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and technical summaries.
• Maintain digital filing systems and SOPs; develop and maintain workflows.
• Support product specifications, installation guidelines, and related docs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across departments.
• Support technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
