Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and subcontractors; manage site access and orientation logistics.
• Coordinate with HR and field leadership to ensure compliance and safety requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for site-related inquiries and distribute project communications.
• Prepare reports, maintain project records, and coordinate travel for staff and visitors.
• Support meetings, calendars, and documentation including daily logs and timekeeping.
• Assist with safety program administration and site inspections.
