Job summary

Yates Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale construction project at the Castroville site. You will act as the central hub among field teams, subcontractors, and the corporate office to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.

You will onboard personnel, manage communications, track meetings and calendars, and provide project support to project managers and field engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative, coordination, timekeeping, or customer-service-related roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and subcontractors in coordination with HR and field leadership.
• Manage site access, badging, and orientation logistics for personnel.
• Ensure compliance and safety requirements before mobilization.
• Schedule safety trainings and inductions; maintain training records.
