Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced construction project professional to support the on-site management for large capital projects. You will coordinate with owners, designers, general contractors, and authorities to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and contract requirements.

You will monitor field conditions, review drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, and contribute to cost and schedule controls while maintaining daily reports and progress milestones at the client site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to independently monitor field conditions and communicate issues to project leadership.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs and change documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and coordination with contractors, design professionals and owners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day management, coordination, administration, and field oversight from construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with Owner, design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain communication and resolve issues.
• Maintain regular on-site presence and monitor compliance with drawings, specs, submittals, contract requirements, and quality standards.
• Review contract documents and field conditions to identify conflicts, nonconforming work, and risks affecting cost, schedule or quality.
• Support project controls: RFIs, submittals, change requests, meeting minutes, logs, and documentation.
• Participate in meetings and follow up to resolve outstanding issues and decisions.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and delays; report to Project Manager.
• Review CPM schedules, document key dates, and assist with cost management and change management.
• Assist with monthly Applications for Payment, inspections, and deficiency tracking.
• Maintain daily reports and photographic records of construction activities, safety, quality issues, and milestones.
