Procon Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Onsite Construction Project Manager to support the construction of a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. This full-time, onsite role provides field oversight and construction administration while serving as the key interface between the A/E team, contractors, commissioning personnel, and other project stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in construction management, architecture, engineering, and/or construction with projects of similar size and complexity.
• Pharma manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical facilities, labs, utilities, cleanrooms, or controlled environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, codes, quality standards, safety, and documentation.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, pay apps, testing records, and logs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as onsite Construction Project Manager and A/E representative, overseeing daily construction activities.
• Perform onsite field observations and inspections of pharma manufacturing, labs, process areas, utilities, and controlled environments.
• Ensure conformance with drawings, specs, codes, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Inspect cleanrooms, process areas, HVAC, piping, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and critical utilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, A/E disciplines, commissioning teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay apps, testing records, and project logs.
• Lead meetings, track actions, and ensure issues are resolved.
• Monitor quality control and safety programs, identifying schedule, cost, quality, safety, and field risks.
• Support commissioning, qualification, turnover, punch list, and closeout activities.
• Prepare field reports, photos, deficiency logs, risk assessments, and SOWs.
