Job summary

Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC, a service provider delivering Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, and Specialized Technical services, seeks a senior Construction Manager for pharmaceutical projects in the Philadelphia region. The role is fully on-site with GMP and FDA compliance responsibilities, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

You will develop detailed schedules, oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and maintain

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or Engineering and 10+ years exposure in track Construction Management within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Shift: Administrative and per business needs; high energy, self-starter, positive attitude.
Experience in GMP manufacturing facilities and FDA standards; budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and risk management plans.
Oversee all construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, building erection, equipment installation, and commissioning.
Monitor project progress, mitigate delays or cost overruns; manage budgets incl. procurement, labor, materials, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
