Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from design through completion.
• Develop budgets, track expenses, and manage contracts / change orders.
• Ensure safety plans and compliance; coordinate with subs and labor.
• Lead communications among architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and review deliverables with clients.
