Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction at a project site near Amarillo, TX. The role requires coordinating with clients, design teams, and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preconstruction through turnover, subcontractor management, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on effective communication and leadership in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience with MEP systems, commissioning processes, and QC best practices.
• LEED Accreditation or the ability to become certified within 18–24 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction to closeout.
• Drive project performance for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with client representatives, design consultants, and trade partners.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, and modifications.
• Manage billing and schedule of values; generate monthly client billings.
• Interact with developers, owners, architects, subconsultants, and subcontractors to pursue opportunities.
