Job summary

Precision Construction Company in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead all construction phases from preconstruction to turnover. You will interface with clients, design consultants, and trade partners to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role is fully onsite at the project near Amarillo, TX.

A BS in a related field and 3+ years of PM experience with a GC are preferred. Proficiency with PM software and design tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Drive schedule, scope and budget performance.
• Coordinate with client, design consultants and trade partners.
• Assist with estimate budget development.
• Oversee subcontractor contracts and modifications.
• Manage billing and schedule of values.
• Develop client billings and engage in business development.
• Promote proactive communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive overall project performance within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with client representatives, design teams and trade partners.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts and performance tracking.
• Generate monthly client billings and manage schedule of values.
• Support business development and client interactions.
