Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee union contractor work on designated school projects in the Northeast. The role focuses on delivering scopes on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction, with onsite management and safety emphasis.

Travel between three nearby Philadelphia-area school sites is required, and the position is contract-to-hire from Towson, MD. Competitive hourly pay is offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and construction management skills.
• Experience in site construction and energy efficiency.
• Proven supervisory skills with a union workforce.
• Ability to travel between different schools within a 26-mile radius.
• Hands-on construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities for assigned projects.

• Maintain daily communication with subcontractors and direct their activities.
• Participate in onsite management to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Supervise a workforce of union contractors for energy efficiency upgrades.
