EnTech Engineering, PC is seeking an experienced Field Construction Manager to serve as the on-site field supervisor for a large public school project in Paterson, NJ. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, consisting of a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and MEP Manager, to oversee daily construction operations and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of construction inspection and/or construction management experience.
• Experience on K-12 school, educational, or public building projects in New Jersey.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout New Jersey.
• Must reside in New Jersey; experience with New Jersey school projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications.

• Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction progress.
• Support overall project delivery through effective field coordination and construction management.
