Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Aviation to lead airport programs onsite in Philadelphia, PA. You will direct all technical, fiscal, and administrative aspects, define project goals, and manage scope, budgets, and schedules with owner representatives and airport management.

Responsibilities include developing RFPs, overseeing design and construction, coordinating with the Design Manager and DRT, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and approvals throughout

Qualifications

• 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, Design/Build).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the project as primary liaison and owner representative.
• Develop scope and manage procurement for designers and contractors.
• Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget per contract obligations.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and plans with airport management.
• Oversee design and construction processes, RFI management and shop drawing reviews.
• Coordinate with Design Manager and Design Review Team to support design through construction.
