• Construction industry payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Upload and verify timesheets; review work order tickets.
• Onboard new employees into payroll system and coordinate paperwork.
• Administer union classifications and pay rates.
• Calculate retroactive pay adjustments and garnishments.
• Issue weekly direct deposit notifications and handle verifications.
• Support unemployment claim administration and maintain payroll files.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and payroll regulations.
