Job summary

TerraForm Power, a Brookfield Renewable platform, seeks a Construction Manager to lead safety-conscious, cost-effective execution of solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects across the United States. Reporting to the VP of Construction, you will manage EPC contractors, align with internal teams, and ensure projects meet objectives and regulatory standards.

This full-time onsite role requires 5+ years in renewable energy construction, strong leadership, and the ability to travel home

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of construction management experience in renewable/energy projects.
• Experience managing EPC contracts and large construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Onsite role with travel every three weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects.
• Oversee projects from Notice to Proceed through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers.
• Coordinate with Development, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership.
