Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial and supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Austin Industrial cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work to meet timetables and budgets.
• Manage onsite equipment fleet and logistics planning.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and supervise craftsmen, equipment, and material resources.
• Ensure safety by conducting Toolbox and JHA Safety Meetings and enforcing regulations.
• Monitor daily labor costs and productivity; maintain daily field reports and cost controls.
• Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, subcontractors to ensure plan and schedule adherence.
