Qualifications

• 3-5 years work experience in multifamily site supervision.
• Proven ability to use multiple types of software to efficiently manage projects.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of the Project Schedule.
• Monitor the pace and quality of work and report progress to the Site Superintendent.
• Assist in maintaining a safe jobsite.

Education
