Job summary

DEVCO US CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking a Full-Time Construction Superintendent for a garden-style, multi-family project in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee field operations, manage the site schedule, coordinate subs and materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant supervision experience, a construction-related four-year degree, and the ability to work on-site with occasional travel. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of garden-style multifamily site supervision experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 compliance).

Responsibilities

• Plan and set up the job site and project schedule.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, equipment, and subs.
• Monitor pace, quality, and safety on site.
• Prepare status reports with the Project Manager.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and manage field team.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety programs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
