Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Construction Superintendent for Lebanon, IN to lead on-site field operations on commercial technology infrastructure projects. You will supervise crews, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure schedules and quality meet client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and the ability to read blueprints and manage multiple workstreams. Local travel and onsite work are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in superintendent or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience leading commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or technology projects.
• Active OSHA 30 Certification.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Travel locally to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities on active project sites.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure proper execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, safety logs, and project documentation.
• Partner with Project Managers to communicate schedule updates, risks, and milestones.
