Job summary

TEKsystems in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Low Voltage Project Manager to lead data center construction and other large-scale projects. You will oversee cross-functional teams, vendors, and schedules to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years managing complex data center builds, strong leadership, and proficiency with industry tools. Regular site travel is required; this onsite role is contract-to-hire with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience leading large teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for drawing review and documentation.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Procore or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
• Experience supporting mission-critical environments and data center buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data center construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide financial reporting, forecasting, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract performance, and project deliverables.
• Review construction drawings and project documentation utilizing Bluebeam.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive communication between field operations, leadership, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed according to scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
