Job summary

IPS is seeking a Construction EHS Site Manager to join our project delivery and construction team in Blue Bell, PA. You will ensure safety compliance across engineering, construction, and validation services, visiting client sites to audit and inspect project safety.

Travel ~40% and onsite work are required, with responsibilities including safety oversight, contractor coordination, JSAs review, and incident investigations to support a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction safety experience in a seniority capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Safety or Safety Management preferred.
• OSHA 500 Trainer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite safety to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in kick-off meetings to communicate safety expectations.
• Conduct safety orientations for all new workers on site.
• Coordinate with the IPS Superintendent on safety activities and High Risk Work Permits.
• Review contractor JSAs for compliance with client/IPS requirements.
• Inspect daily safety plans and ensure quality and communication meet task needs.
• Maintain safety documentation, submittals, training, and inspections.
• Travel to client sites and assist with safety program administration.
• Investigate incidents and complete required reporting.
