Job summary

IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Construction EHS Site Manager to join the Project Delivery and Construction team based in Blue Bell, PA. You will oversee safety on construction sites and ensure compliance with EHS policies.

The role requires 8+ years of construction safety experience, site audits, JSA reviews, and coordination with contractors. Travel about 40% to client sites, with onsite work at Upper Merion or Northampton, PA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction safety experience in a senior role or equivalent
• Experience supporting construction projects in regulated environments (pharma/life sciences) is a plus
• Certified OSHA 500 Trainer and construction safety degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite safety oversight and compliance with EHS policies
• Lead safety orientation and kick-off meetings with contractors
• Review JSAs for client/IPS compliance and maintain Safe Plan of Action documents
• Coordinate with IPS Superintendent on High Risk Work Permits and safety activities
• Audit project safety records, inspect sites, and document in Procore
• Administer IPS safety incentive programs and incident investigations
• Ensure adherence to safety plans, training, inspections, and documentation
• Support IPS SOR program and maintain safety records and reports
• Travel to client sites ~40% and stay on-site as required
