Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Document Controller for a full-time, on-site role at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant. You will manage the lifecycle of project documents using Procore, enforce naming conventions and metadata standards, and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of document control experience on large EPC or capital projects, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, library science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of document control on large EPC or capital projects.
• Minimum 2 years Procore experience (Documents, Drawings, RFIs, Submittals).
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enforce, and improve document control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Establish naming conventions, file structures, and metadata standards for project documents.
• Produce document control reports and identify document risks or issues.
• Implement and maintain Procore-based DMS with access controls and lifecycle management.
• Manage full document lifecycle from receipt to archival and distribution.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders and track revisions.
• Monitor document review cycles and ensure timely responses.
• Provide training on document control processes and systems.
