Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a Configuration Management & Integration Engineer to maintain baselines, version histories, and traceability for hardware and software throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead CM activities, support CI/CD integration, manage Change Control Boards, and ensure design integrity with effective data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This role is onsite with relocation potential and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years documenting and implementing plans to ensure product/configuration consistency.
• 5+ years’ experience with reporting/metrics for decisions and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• CM: establish baselines, version histories, and as-built documentation for hardware/software.
• Integrate with CI/CD teams; monitor design integrity and update plans/tools accordingly.
• Manage Change Control Boards (CCB) and track configuration changes.
• Prepare data for configuration change control activities and baselined data.
• Utilize CM tools to enable configuration control over engineering products.
