Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience.
• Basic Windows troubleshooting and software knowledge.
• Able to travel and work independently in field.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of laptop and desktop computer systems
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving computer components and peripherals
• Perform break-fix repairs, component replacements, upgrades, and system configurations
• Install, configure, and test computer hardware and related equipment
• Troubleshoot basic Windows and software-related issues
• Build, configure, and test desktop computer systems as required
• Use appropriate diagnostic tools and technical procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Complete scheduled onsite service calls and installations within established timelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, repairs, parts used, and equipment status
• Communicate technical findings and service updates clearly with customers and internal teams
• Escalate complex technical issues when additional assistance is required
• Follow established safety, security, equipment-handling, and service procedures
• Provide professional customer service while working at assigned locations
• Manage assigned service activities independently and prioritize multiple service requests as needed
