Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel.

Responsibilities

• Do hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of onboarding.
• Log into tech portal daily by 9 am to code calls and map routes.
• Visit multiple work sites to complete services for customers.
