Job summary

Truist is seeking a Compensation professional to analyze, design, implement and evaluate compensation programs and incentive plans to ensure competitive, equitable, compliant, and business-aligned practices. Supports the full lifecycle of incentive compensation programs, including governance, administration, risk assessment, reporting, process improvement, technology enablement, and strategic projects.

The role manages large, moderately complex compensation initiatives and provides consultation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a compensation professional.
Strong working knowledge of compensation programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support the design and administration of compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies under limited supervision.
Review compensation plans covering base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, and sales compensation.
Analyze compensation through job analysis, benchmarking, and market surveys.
Identify, develop, and support non-cash rewards and recognition programs to enhance engagement.
Perform analysis of general compensation-related issues and recommend solutions.
Analyze and review competitive compensation assessments for internal equity and market competitiveness.
Understand regulatory requirements related to compensation programs.
