Job summary

Truist is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support for incentive compensation programs, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation. The role involves conducting compensation analyses, researching market data, and resolving inquiries under supervision.

Office-based, with five days a week in-office expectations in multiple US locations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in compensation, human resources, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals, including job evaluation and market pricing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay policies.
• Assists with compensation reviews covering base pay, short-term incentives, and other pay elements.
• Conducts job analysis, job evaluation, classification, and market pricing activities with guidance.
• Performs routine compensation analyses to support internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Prepares compensation data, reports, and documentation for review by more senior compensation professionals.
• Responds to compensation-related questions and requests from internal stakeholders within established guidelines.
