Zusammenfassung

EJF Staffing Services is seeking an Onsite Community Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, manage daily operations, and coordinate resident communications and events to support compliance across the property in the DC area.

You will be the primary contact for residents and vendors, assist the Board with administrative oversight, and help maintain a high standard of community living on site.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to conduct property walkthroughs and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work legally in the United States.
