Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management, preferably in a cooperative or condominium setting.
• On-site management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property’s primary contact for residents and guests.
• Coordinate resident communications and community events.
