Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years of related community-based experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards governing programs and services.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate adult empowerment classes, recruit/train volunteers to lead classes.
• Facilitate and teach FHC core classes (Faith and Finance, Work Life, ESL, GED, Nurturing parenting).
• Implement evidence-based curriculums with fidelity to FHC framework.
• Build relationships with community partners to enhance programming and coordinate events.
• Organize FHC events and manage communications for stakeholders and participants.
• Collaborate with Family Coaches to recruit participants for Family Coaching program.
