Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of related community-based experience required.
• Ability to observe and assess situations and determine action.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills with diverse populations.
• English proficiency; Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate adult empowerment classes and recruit/train volunteers.
• Lead FHC core classes (Faith and Finance, Work Life, ESL, GED, Nurturing parenting).
• Ensure curriculum fidelity and alignment with FHC framework.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and coordinate events.
• Organize on-site and off-site programs and communicate with sponsors.
• Oversee volunteer hours and reporting with the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator.
• Develop referrals and connect clients with community resources.
• Support Family Coaches in recruiting participants for programs.
