Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections and events as needed.
• Prepare agendas, update reports, and compile board meeting packages.
• Prepare annual disclosures, notices and financial statements for homeowners.
• Update homeowner/association data in systems and shared files.
• Oversee facility inspections and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Supervise operations per management agreement and policies.
• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement; ensure timely deliverables.
