Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a proactive Community Manager II to oversee daily operations, marketing, leasing, and financial performance for the Daytona Beach community. You will ensure safety, compliance, and excellent resident service while collaborating with regional leadership.

You will manage repairs, schedule maintenance, analyze market trends, drive occupancy, and mentor on-site staff in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Must be able to travel ~20% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations to meet company standards.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, financial reports, and cash flow.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff; conduct performance evaluations.
