Job summary

RealManage is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) in Corpus Christi, TX, to oversee daily operations of a community association and ensure outstanding customer service. The CAM collaborates with the DCAM and Board, enforces deed restrictions, and drives value for the community while aligning with our guiding principles.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in community management, CMCA or equivalent certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CMCA or state-equivalent certification desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years in property management / community management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Experience managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High integrity and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of all department managers.
• Plans, develops, and approves operational policies and regulations.
• Coordinates development of long-range and annual business plans.
• Oversees budget preparation and financial reporting to the Board.
• Maintains dialogue with members and coordinates with the Board on strategic plans.
