Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite community management experience.
• Basic knowledge of Multifamily Community Management and Fair Housing Regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Yardi experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
• Support the Community Manager in all aspects of management.
• Handle resident relations and address questions and complaints promptly.
