Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Tampa, FL to oversee daily onsite operations and financial functions under the Community Manager's supervision. The role focuses on delinquency control, rent collection, and optimizing cash flow while supervising staff and ensuring adherence to company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years in housing industry; or related experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Posting and reconciling payments and income from residents and applicants.
• Processing and reconciling daily accounts receivable and late notices.
• Assist with meeting budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI targets.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy, safety, and fair housing compliance.
• Conduct regular unit inspections and manage move-ins/move-outs and deposits.
