Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a multifamily community in Austin, TX. You will supervise leasing and maintenance, lead onsite staff, and ensure resident satisfaction while managing budgets and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in property management, experience with affordable housing preferred, and strong leadership. Onsite work with some schedule flexibility is expected; RPM offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• 2+ years in affordable housing experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience with OneSite software a plus.
• Experience with PFC, AMI, Income Restricted, Senior 55+/62+ programs a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan.
• Trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff to achieve operational goals.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high resident service standards.
• Assist in preparation of budget and adherence to approved budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
• Provide narrative of monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item.
• Ensure property operations comply with regulatory requirements.
