Qualifikationen

• Explain program requirements and guidelines to the general public.
• Develop community resource materials and reflect the local community.
• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving personal goals in person, by phone or group.
• Connect clients to housing, medical care, education and other recovery resources.
• Assist clients with transportation to appointments.
• Prepare and maintain written records as needed by the program.
• Participate in required administrative and training meetings; adhere to policies.
