Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service across multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage inquiries and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and MS Office tools.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with center services and administrative needs.
• Set up projectors, direct meeting room directions, and handle printing tasks.
• Process service charges and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Plan and coordinate in-center networking events and client communications.
• Open and close the center, keeping workspaces tidy and welcoming.
