You will help with office operations, Wi-Fi setup, printing, invoicing, and coordinating events while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a friendly, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to use MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests and provide service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with Wi-Fi setup, directions to meeting rooms, printing, and invoices.
• Coordinate events and support networking activities within the center.
• Close of day tasks including organizing space and ensuring center readiness.
