Fuel Cycle is seeking a Community Experience Specialist in New York, NY. This onsite role involves executing audience recruitment, engagement, and operations, supporting campaigns, surveys, and events within audience communities.

You will manage a designated portfolio, collaborate with strategists and managers, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while maintaining strong client communication and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years managing audience experience or equivalent in a B2B customer-facing capacity.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Audience Operations & Engagement: recruit, onboard, and engage audiences and manage satisfaction.
• Project Support & Execution: coordinate across teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Customer Interaction & Account Support: own the audience experience for designated accounts and communicate updates clearly.
• Quality Assurance & Administration: review deliverables and maintain accurate records and documentation.
