Job summary

Fuel Cycle in New York, NY is seeking a Community Experience Specialist to drive audience recruitment, onboarding and ongoing engagement within designated client accounts. This onsite role requires five days per week in the office and collaboration with Audience Experience Strategists and Managers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years managing audience experience in a B2B customer-facing capacity.
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audience Operations & Engagement: Support audience recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities; Execute scalable recruitment and engagement tasks using the Fuel Cycle platform; Monitor community activity and flag opportunities or risks.
