Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking an Commissary Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities within a jail/correctional facility. You will lead a team of Warehouse Workers and Inmate Crews, ensuring efficient receiving, staging, packing, and distribution of inmate commissary products.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with specific shift times. Your role includes building client relationships, maintaining safety standards, and reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment.
• Previous warehouse management experience required.
• Experience supervising the use and operation of warehouse equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive connections with clients and retain them as long-term customers.
• Ensure all team members are trained and able to perform duties safely and compliantly.
• Maintain appropriate quantities of products on-hand for current needs.
• Manage warehouse operations in line with internal procedures and applicable laws.
• Maintain a sanitary environment following health codes and regulations.
• Perform duties requiring computer skills.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
