Insight Global is seeking an IT Collaboration Support Specialist to support enterprise collaboration environments across multiple vendors. You will work with a team to install, configure, and troubleshoot spaces and maintain high availability for critical meetings and events.

The role requires hands-on experience with large collaboration systems, including audio DSP, control systems, and Dante networks, plus Cisco CE and Teams environments.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with communications technologies focusing on maintenance and Tier 2 support.
• Experience with large collaboration systems including audio DSP troubleshooting and programming.
• Proficiency with Cisco CE systems, Teams and related client apps.
• Experience configuring and maintaining laptops/desktops from HP/Dell/Lenovo/Apple and peripherals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of new collaboration spaces.
• Ensure collaboration spaces remain operational through regular checks and proactive issue resolution.
• Demonstrate professional communication with clients, executives, vendors and staff; work with minimal supervision.
• Identify improvements aligned with client needs and address issues during maintenance windows if required.
