Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Collaboration Support Specialist to support multi-vendor collaboration environments and large enterprise deployments. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting collaboration spaces, and ensuring systems run smoothly with proactive issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UC networks, audio DSPs, control systems, and event production.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with communications technologies focused on maintenance and Tier 2 support.
Experience with QSC Audio DSP, Control Systems, and Camera Systems.
Significant experience troubleshooting large collaboration systems including Control System and Audio DSP.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of new collaboration spaces.
Ensure collaboration spaces and existing systems are in working order through regular checks.
Maintain professionalism with clients, executives, vendors and staff; perform tasks with minimal supervision.
