Job summary

Seamen’s Society for Children and Families is seeking a Systems & Cloud Administrator to manage the Microsoft cloud, identity, endpoint, and Windows systems environment from our Staten Island campus. You will be the primary escalation resource for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related services.

You’ll implement changes, troubleshoot complex issues, support cybersecurity and recovery operations, and contribute to automation projects using PowerShell and scripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline preferred.
• Three to five years of progressive technology support, systems administration, cloud administration, or related experience.
• At least two years of practical experience administering portions of a Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, mailboxes, licensing, permissions, and related functions.
• Administer Entra ID identities, enterprise applications, MFA, SSO, and identity synchronization.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, collaboration, authentication, licensing, synchronization, and access issues.
• Develop automation and PowerShell scripts; test changes before production.
